I had the chance to dine at Cargo's last Saturday evening and was surprised by the elegance of the meals served, not to mention the delightful taste of the food. I had the Shrimp and Grits and will never be able to eat that dish anywhere else again. Our waiter was knowledgeable in all that we asked and brought me the most delicious Riesling Wine I have ever had. My only regret is that I cannot find that wine anywhere near Jacksonville and that I will have to drive 1 1/2 hours to visit Cargo's again. I was very impressed and coming from Houston, where the food is outrageously good, that is saying a lot.
