Established in 1910, this world famous fruit cake bakery features cakes baked with pineapple, cherries, California walnuts and almonds, raisins, lemon and orange peel, and Georgia pecans. Millions of pounds of fruit cake are baked and distributed annually and the baking season is from September to December.
