Dedicated to promoting and encouraging various art forms and public interest in the arts, this council is located in a beautifully restored train depot which was built in 1914 as one of the only two story railroad passenger stations in Northeast Georgia. Meeting and banquet facilities for groups up to 500 people are also available on site.
