Named after the vice president of the Confederacy and Governor of Georgia, Alexander Hamilton Stephens, this 1,177 acre park features a confederate museum, Stephens' home which is beautifully renovated to its 1875 style, and the gravesite of A.H. Stephens. The park also includes RV and tent sites, cottages, picnic shelters, a junior Olympic pool, a fishing lake, 12 miles of horseback riding trails, and three miles of walking trails.
