I ordered a new safety pad (the standard quality) and every interaction with your company was a pleasure. The pad arrived on my doorstep within days of ordering, and it is perfect. The quality is fantastic. I also had some repairs done on a few small tears in my mat. It was back on the trampoline within a week or so from the time I removed it. The holes are completely sewed up and repaired. I am completely satisfied!
