Named for many-time Library Board Chairman, Bert Harsh, this park is the first Historic Grove to be planted in a USA Certified Tree City. Each of the historic trees in the park were planted in honor or memory of Moultrie people, past and present, as well as persons important in American history such as a Robert E. Lee Sweet Gum, a Jimmy Carter Slash Pine, and a Juliette Ward Lowe Magnolia.
