Advanced to beginner students are invited to try one or more of the 20 classes offered weekly at Plum Tree Yoga. Their personable trained staff is there to offer you "a beautiful environment for quiet meditation, rejuvenation, and personal growth." Classes offered include Prenatal Yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, and Hatha Yoga. A resident massage therapist is also on hand.
