The Simmons-Bond Inn is a lovingly restored, Victorian mansion, in historic downtown Toccoa, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Queen Anne, Greek Revival masterpiece, the inn features exquisite stained, beveled, and curved glass windows, dozens of ornate oak columns, nine unique fireplaces, and original brass chandeliers, which hang from 11 foot ceilings in the parlor, foyer, and dining room. It boasts five air conditioned guestrooms, each beautifully decorated, with period antiques.
