The first free, public library in Georgia, this library was founded in 1888 by Dr. Francis Thomas Willis in memory of his daughter and it contains an invaluable collection of rare books and a wealth of genealogical information. The building itself is a striking display of Victorian architecture complete with an exquisite Tiffany stained glass window featuring Mary Willis.
