This month-long celebration kicks off on December 1 with the Lighting of the Square, followed by a real home-town parade complete with Santa Claus. Festive holiday events continue until after New Year's with caroling, entertainment, wine-sampling, holiday readings by Mrs. Claus and live theater. You can also take turns around the ice-skating rink in Hancock Park.
