A historic large Victorian cottage with an adjacent millinery shop that dates from the late 19th century and was first occupied by A.M. Mauldin and his wife, a hat maker. The house now serves as the Habersham Chamber of Commerce Historic Welcome Center and exhibits on the mountain heritage of the area are on display in both the house and the millinery shop.
