Held every Wednesday night from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., this luau includes an all-you-can-eat buffet that features kalua pig which has been slow roasted in an imu, as well as a Polynesian revue which includes Hawaiian and Tahitian hula dancing, Maori dancing, a Tahitian drum group, and a special contest for guests.
