The oldest Mexican restaurant in Kauai, this much loved restaurant is home of the "Taro Enchilada" and offers a full menu of healthy, flavorful Mexican dishes such as taro enchiladas, burritos rancheros, and chiles rellenos, with all main courses including beans, rice, and vegetables. They are open Monday through Saturday for dinner only; closed on Sundays.
