Pineapple Grill at Kapalua Resort's dining area is floored with antique teak and decorated with original murals by Maui artist Fred Lorenzo. Chef Ryan Luckey prepares Maui-style Pacific Island cuisine selections using the highest-quality locally raised sources, including Maui Cattle Company's all-natural, Maui-raised meat, locally grown produce like greens, poha berries and goat cheese from Kula, pohole ferns from Hana, and exotic mushrooms from the Big Island.
