Bamboo Pantry is currently a small retail outlet featuring regionally produced specialty food products, quality kitchenware, linens, gift registry, and "Gifts of Aloha For Your Home". Owners Jule and Waymouth Kamakana and Kimberly and Jim Temple will be providing Moloka'i with premium-quality merchandise with an emphasis on customer service. Besides showcasing locally produced specialty food products, Bamboo Pantry hopes to create a culinary mecca with hundreds of products from vendors worldwide. Jule and Waymouth Kamakana were formerly the owners of Kamakana Art Gallery and Kimberly Temple worked with Jule as gallery manager. Jim Temple, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, will bring his culinary talents to the Bamboo Pantry table.
