A gracious old plantation style home located along the Wailuku River. Enjoy fresh tropical breakfasts daily. The original ohia hardwood floors on the first floor are polished and the wavy glass windows are repaired. The first growth fir floors on the second floor have been brought back to their original luster. Much of the original lighting fixtures from 1916 have been rewired and retained, along with new ceiling fans that have been installed in each guest room. Each of the four bedrooms has a private bath, with whirlpool tubs in two of the four guestrooms. The house has no air conditioning because of the unique design that catches the trade winds off the Pacific Ocean and/or the cool breezes off Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.
