A tradition since 1940, the Ox Yoke serves family-style German cuisine and American favorites with the Ox Yoke’s refillable bowls of bakery breads, cottage cheese, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy. A sample of the entrees offered include wiener schnitzel, smoked ham and pork chops, steaks, barbecued ribs, and country fried steaks. The restaurant also features a gift shop and a museum that is known for its huge stuffed bear, mounted moose head, antique farming and household tools, and antique ox yokes.
