The Café uses prosciutto and pancetta from La Quercia, Berkshire pork from Eden Natural, free-range chicken and eggs from Sheeder Farm, lamb from Karber Farm, dairy from Cloverleaf Farm, and fresh produce from the Berry Patch, De Moss Pumpkin Farm, Onion Creek Farm, Growing Harmony Farm and River Terrace Gardens. Menu items include mahi mahi, stone-fire oven pizza, Thai noodle soup, pork loin, lettuce wraps, sandwiches, omelettes, stone-ground grits, and apple French toast.
