When is the water going to be turned on so we can water my parents' (Howard and Ellen Barrett) urn? I planted it Tuesday, 20 May 14 and the water was not turned on. My brother, Pat Barrett, went out today, 23 May, to water it and the water still is not turned on. Tuesday, we saw the lady that rides around and waters the perpetual urns and Pat saw her again today. When will the water be turned on so we can water our urn? I tried several times to call Jeff Titus at 641-228-7011 and there was just a recording. I didn't leave a message since I wish to discuss this with someone. I didn't want to call his home phone and I couldn't find a cell number for his locksmith service. Please reply and let me know when the water will be turned on in the cemetery. My phone # is 319-230-6124. Thank you.
