I will never use Doug Moore Construction again. He exceeded his verbal quote by 40% and never mentioned it until he wanted payed. His bill was a joke. It was a lump sum price. Material and hours were not broken out. His work was inadequate. He left rotted wood in place that should of been replaced. I'm not a carpenter but now I must be one to replace the wood that he should of. I cannot recommend Moore Construction for anything. The next time I hire anyone I will require a firm bid and an itemized bill.
