Cemitas Puebla is a family owned restaurant specializing in Poblano foods. They are the only restaurant in Chicago that serves the CemitaTM sandwich. They take pride in their fresh food and look forward to serving you. Their chipotles and salsas are made in house from an old family recipe. Their Oaxaca cheese is fresh and the papalo is grown in their garden. They take pride in using fresh ingredients and will even travel to Mexico to pick up key ingredients to make their specialties taste just like home.
