The Heartland Spa offers the tranquility Midwestern farm country with 32 acres of pasture, woods and a spring-fed lake. The Heartland Spa keeps you busy. They believe that total fitness requires commitment, dedication and a sense of adventure. To insure results, programs are provided that are fun as well as challenging and rewarding. A two, three or five night package at The Heartland Spa offers a wide variety of fitness activities. Guests are provided with workout clothing and stay in The Country Manor overlooking the three-acre lake. Held in the dairy's Barn Studio, fitness classes include Bosu, Boot Camp, Gymnic Resistaball, Pilates Matwork, Aerobic Interval, Cardio Kickboxing and training on the latest Keiser fitness equipment. Relaxation classes offer Qi Gong, stress reduction, Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation. A leisurely walk around the lake may include a few moments of reflection at one of the Meditation Gardens. Seasonal activities include Cross-Country Skiing, Water Bike, and Fishing. Cold weather does not stop the water activities. Swimming and water aerobics classes are offered in The Heartland's indoor pool.
