The so-called architect is NOT qualified to draw or decorate anything! He runs his mouth and sounds like he knows what he is talking about. He will take your money and give very weak excuses on why things are delayed. I did some research on this company and it has changed hands from the pretend architect Tony Rowe to his mothers address listed here on 71st st. Its hard enough to get through the process here in Chicago without having a shady guy talking a good game but deivering nothing!
