This regional arts agency, headquartered in a beautifully restored building overlooking the Mississippi River, promotes the performing arts, visual arts and literary arts. It develops and administers programs that reach out into every corner of the community including Visiting Artist Series residencies in the schools and communities. Every first Friday of the month from September through April, free entertainment is offered in the gallery giving guests a chance to learn and be entertained, or simply share a glass of wine with a local artist.
