A non-profit, tax-exempt agency founded in 1992, originally formed to provide community-based services to individuals in the criminal justice system, the agency has grown to include a diversity of human service and affordable housing programs. Our premier program, YouthBuild, is an innovative youth community development program serving 16-24 year olds who didn't graduate from high school. Young people earn their GED, are trained in construction, and build or renovate low income housing.
