Great River Bike & Hike Trail

This 62 mile recreational path extends from the Quad Cities to Savanna, passing through eleven communities and three counties. Those travelling along the trail will be able to view spectacular panoramas of the Mississippi River, Native American mounds, and rookeries of the Great Blue Heron. The Great River Trail is partnered with the Grand Illinois Trail, a 500 mile loop trail around Northern Illinois from Lake Michigan to the Mississippi River.
