This department is responsible for 19 different park lands representing both community and neighborhood parks and also diverse, year-round program opportunities for all ages. Be sure to visit the botanical garden. Ogden Gardens is four acres of flowerbeds with an adjoining ten acres of picnic areas. Included are a Japanese garden with a koi pond, and a wedding gazebo. Flowerbeds include annual and perennial displays as well as spring bulbs and flowering trees.
