We had trouble hooking up to wireless with computer, as did another occupant. After about an hour we got hooked up. In the morning we had the same problem. The room was quiet from highway noise but we could hear people talking in the next room. Luckily they went to bed at 10 p.m. or so.
The continental breakfast was below average. Packaged oatmeal, Cheerios and Fruitloops. Orange juice was the only juice. No fruit. It~s good we bought our own breakfast the night before at the grocery store.
The room was clean and carpeting decent. The heater-air conditioner was newer and worked fine. In the morning I saw and killed a spider (pale red) in the sink. My wife killed a cockroach in the bathroom. At checkout we mentioned the problems with the wireless connection (we had asked for help the night before so the girl knew about that problem) and we mentioned the spider and cockroach as well as an odor in the room that bothered her during the night (I didn~t notice any odor and had no problem). The girl immediately said she would cancel the charge for the room.
