Prairie Park Nature Center is built on an 80-acre nature preserve that features prairie, woodlands, wetlands, and an education building with natural habitat dioramas, displays and a live bird of prey collection with eagles, owls, hawks and falcons. Prairie Park also offers walking trails and educational programs. Near the education building, the stocked five-acre Mary’s Lake is available for fishing.
