This National Historic Landmark in southwestern Kansas is a historical 195-acre archeological site that is located about 12 miles south of Ulysses in Grant County, Kansas. The sites boundary includes the now dry Lower Cimarron Spring, its associated campground, the depression of an ice house that was constructed in 1886, and remnants of the Santa Fe Trail.
