Housed in a restored 1925 hardware store that features antiques, the original freight elevator, a pressed-tin ceiling, hardwood floors, a balcony and an original skylight, the Western Kansas Saloon & Grill serves patrons delicious steaks, seafood and pasta. The Saloon is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
