Rosemark offers a classic Italian menu for dinner, with seasonal specials and touches, which is served in the dining room of this elegant antebellum mansion. Seating is available until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Rosemark’s wine bar is situated in a spacious multi-level converted horse barn and serves up a terrific collection of wine and beer. It opens at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. The Rosebud Café, located in the summer kitchen of the original plantation, is open from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
