A landmark luxury hotel, the Seelbach Hilton is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is home to The Oakroom, the first and only AAA Five Diamond restaurant in Kentucky. The Seelbach Hilton has played host to such famous figures as Al Capone, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Franklin Roosevelt, Charlton Heston, John F. Kennedy, Paul Newman, James Earl Jones, and Woodrow Wilson. Each guest room is handsomely furnished with 18th-century antique reproduction furniture.
