When the original Lafitte's Landing burnt down in 1998, chef/owner John Folse rebuilt in his home and gave the restaurant the surname Bittersweet Plantation. What has not changed is the innovative Cajun/Creole inspired fare and exceptional service! Reservations are required. Specialities include soft-shelled crawfish, rack of lamb, and breast of mallard.
