The 30-acre Splendor Farms, located 1/4 mile from the Bogue Chitto River, not only offers three bed & breakfast accommodations but they also feature a swimming pool, hot tub, horseback riding, hiking, biking, fishing, picnicking, canoeing, inner tubing, and lawn games. A farm-style breakfast is served each morning. They are also a working horse farm and a dachshund breeder/kennel. Splendor Farms is affiliated with such organizations as the Louisiana Bed & Breakfast Association, American Kennel Club, American Paint Horse Association, American Quarter Horse Association, Palomino Horse Breeders of America, Hooved Animal Rescue & Placement, and the American Humane Association.
