Operated by the National Park Service, the Jean Lafitte Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Eunice focuses on the life and history of Prairie Cajuns. The Center includes museum exhibits, musical workshops, a kitchen for cooking demonstrations, and a craft area where local artisans stage demonstrations. Enjoy Cajun music and dancing every Saturday at 3 p.m.
