This plantation home, located on the east bank of the Mississippi River, is a remarkable example of the "Steamboat Gothic" style in detail, but the structure is typical of a Creole building. Authentically restored, San Francisco Plantation's interior features five decorated ceilings and it houses one of the finest antique collections in the country. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is available for tours and special occasions.
