Provides adult literacy materials, programs and tutoring for the non-reader are provided through UPGRADE TANGIPAHOA. Tax materials are provided for all patrons. Senior citizens use the library for preparation of taxes. Copy and fax machines are available at all branches. A small fee is charged for these services. Display windows may be used by individuals and organizations. Computers with varied databases are conveniently placed in each library for use by patrons. Book sales are held regularly. Professional exhibits of historical and cultural interest are displayed frequently.
