Just before opening this fifties-style eatery in 1990, owner George Graham described the menu as being "diner fare with Louisiana flair." Home-style Louisiana cooking which includes meatloaf with gravy, chicken-fried steak, Louisiana Catfish, Pain Perdu Po-boy and much more. There is another location at 1412 South College Road.
