The Animal Angels – Spay Neuter Alliance Project is opening a certified Humane Alliance spay neuter facility that will offer much needed low cost spay and neuter services to the Lake Charles community. The facility will also serve to educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering pets. Pet owners who fail to spay/neuter their pets unknowingly contribute directly to pet overpopulation.
