September 10, 2010 yes u r right, this is one of the worst apartment i have ever rented. i have never seen such an irritating manager ever in my life. we moved in just a month before and we already encountered a lot of problems...i am now waiting for my contract to end so that we can move out and get rid of this hell....on a scale of 1 to 10, this apartment and especially the management and maintenance deserves 0.5( not even 1, its zero period 5)
