At Wagonmaster, they serve only fresh, USDA choice beef. They hand cut each steak daily. The BBQ ribs are slow roasted until they are tender and juicy. Hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
