The restaurant features imported rosewood ceilings, carved wall panels, antique furnishings, statues, and artwork as well as inlaid mother of pearl dining chairs. Lush gardens, waterfalls, pogodas and koi ponds surround the restaurant. The Wong chefs have become world renown because of creating signature dishes like the following: Fried Soft Shell Crab with Tong Cho Sauce, Alligator Stir Fried, Crawfish in a Spicy Lobster Sauce, Whole Steamed Speckled Trout, Black Drum or other seasonal fishes.
