Where to start? The website is nice..but half of the pictures are randomly taken from the internet. The barn is run-down looking, looks like a ghost town and absolutely filthy, grass is un-cut and tall everywhere. Anita, the woman who manages the barn, seems like a nice, god fearing woman that loves horses but in reality she is extremely disrespectful towards everyone and mistreats/abuses her horses. She takes credit for training the horses and training the riders, but again, she does none of this whatsoever. She steals the credit for all of the time and hard work put in by others. The lessons that she gives to the rider is a crock! $40 for a half hour of riding, not so bad. When your half hour starts by tacking up the horse and walking around the sand pit they call an arena, thats terrible!!! so really, if you want a half assed lesson that never differs from the last (and you never learn anything) then bring $80. I could really go on and on...

Back to the barn.
Besides being repulsively filthy and cleaned by 12 year olds, no really they are 12, cobwebs cover the vast majority of the ceiling. 3 out of maybe 8 stalls are full of crap that wont fit into the house of theirs. (Thats not counting the 6 stalls in the back that are dilapidated and full of more crap)

Also, don t even worry about coming to look at the barn for boarding she will be very sweet to you and tell you that you can come and board but then when you go to call her back she will ignore your call purposely. Speaking of ignoring your calls...she will never answer your phone calls or texts (lets hope your horse never colics...). She is also never out there and is to lazy to go and make sure that your horse is okay.

So, long story short. If you love your horse, want to keep your sanity, and enjoy riding your horse in peace DO NOT board here.

have a lovely day :)
