This Mediterranean style "frame and stucco cottage" was designed in 1923 by the famous architectural firm of Favrot and Livaudais from New Orleans for E.B. Winbarg (pronounced "wine-burg"), an early merchant in the Natchitoches, Louisiana area. The cottage features a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, TV/DVD, DSL and Dialup connections, iron & ironing board, cathedral ceiling with fan, and shared common sitting area.
