Ducournau Townhouse occupies the second and third floors of the Ducournau Building (circa 1835). The second floor contains two guest bedrooms with private baths and the common areas. The third floor is occupied by the inkeeper. The Townhouse features spacious rooms with twelve to twenty-five foot ceilings, furnished with exquisite antiques. French doors open to an iron-laced gallery overlooking Cane River.
