One of the leading aquariums in the nation, this huge aquarium has one of the largest collections of sharks and jellyfish in the United States. It features over 10,000 animals representing 530 species from the underwater worlds of the Caribbean Sea, the mysterious Amazon Rainforest, the Mississippi River, and the Gulf of Mexico. Other notable features of the aquarium include an exhibit of Southern sea otters, a rare white gator, and a 400,000 gallon Gulf of Mexico exhibit.
