Located in a beautifully renovated molasses warehouse that was built in the early 1800's, this entertaining cooking school offers a wide variety of classes with Creole and Cajun experts teaching you the basics of Louisiana cooking and helping you prepare New Orleans specialties such as jambalaya, gumbo, and pralines. The on-site Louisiana General Store carries the best Louisiana cookbooks, crafts, mixes, and gift baskets.
