Towering above the Spanish Plaza, the Trade Center features grand views of the busy port and the Mississippi River and houses offices of many maritime companies and foreign consulates involved in international trade. There is a revolving cocktail lounge on the 33rd floor which offers fine views of the city and River, as well as an observation deck on the 31st floor that is accessed through an outside glass elevator located in the lobby.
