Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Chef John Besh's Lüke is an authentic brasserie adjacent to the Hilton St. Charles that combines German and French Old World cooking techniques to prepare such menu selections as chicken and waffles, Louisiana red fish, grillads and grits, stuffed blue crabs and eggs, grilled paillard of organic chicken, omelet of local crab meat, the Lüke burger, vanilla scented duck, estate raised veal breast and clams and ravioli of local crab meat. Specials are available daily for lunch and dinner.
